It’s time to start getting things ready for the 2022 KMTA Conference!
KMTA members and Kentucky MTNA Collegiate Chapters are invited to submit proposals for the 2022 KMTA State Conference. The 2022 State Conference will be held Friday and Saturday, October 14-15, 2022, at Campbellsville University in Campbellsville, Kentucky.
Collaborative sessions, as well as presentations applicable to all instruments, are strongly encouraged. You may also recommend a colleague you feel would contribute an interesting and valuable session. We are particularly interested in creative and interactive presentations that reflect current research related to music pedagogy, professional development, performance and literature, wellness for musicians, community outreach, diversity/equity/inclusion, and more. All presenters must register for the KMTA Conference.
We are accepting submissions for Conference Sessions (45 minutes), Lightning Rounds (5-7 minutes), and MTNA Collegiate Chapter Poster Presentations.
